Session Cost/85.00 and includes hypnosis CD

I take Credit Cards, Cash and Checks.

Sessions run approximately an hour and  a half. We will begin by discussing what the client wants to address. This is the discovery session where you tell me your goals for change.  This is a client centered business and we will work on whatever you feel needs attention.

I require a      *minimum  of  3*     sessions as I intend for this to be a lasting change for my clients, not just a quick fix that fades away. In order for hypnosis to affect change, you need time spent on it. You have to do the work.  Hypnosis works and is worth the time and energy.

In the first session we will begin the hypnosis process, which will last  45 minutes to an hour. This gets you comfortable with the feeling of hypnosis. Then there will be time for discussion and you will receive a CD to take with you for optimum reinforcement.  Please refrain from listening to the CD in your vehicle as you will be taken back into the hypnotic state. 

In the second, and subsequent sessions, I will take you to a place with hypnosis where you can examine the core reasons for the things you desire to change. There you will do the work to implemement these changes, discovering why you are holding on to these distracting habits, feelings, or actions, and then let them go. Just remember that all feelings are good ....and the uncomfortable ones are a sign that something needs attention.

 You have all the answers inside you and I am merely facilitating your journey to reach those answers. My intention is to help you help yourself in the best way possible.
